401(k) Retirement Plan

Insurance
Every Contractor is given the option of joining our Premium Insurance plans. We offer Blue Cross/Blue Shield Medical Insurance with a prescription card and Delta Dental, Dental Insurance. All paperwork and policies are handled at our headquarters, and we always have personnel available to help you with your insurance questions.

Direct Deposit
This ensures that you will be receiving your checks on a weekly basis and in a timely manner. No more last minute trips to pick up your checks, now you will automatically get your check deposited into the bank accounts of your choice in a worry-free fashion.

Section 125 Pre-Tax Plan
Pre-Taxed Medical and Dental Plans - Participants who choose coverage through smart-tek's insurance plans have the option to have the fees deducted from their pay before current income taxes are calculated.

Dependent Care Assistance Plan - This plan allows for participants to redirect a portion of their salary to pay for dependent care while they are at work, via payroll deduction on a pre-tax basis.
